Your discovery call gives us the opportunity to discuss the area you’d like to improve, review your goals, and determine whether the Operations Intensive is the right fit.
If it is, you’ll receive a recommended scope, timeline, and investment before moving forward.

Your Time Commitment
The Operations Intensive is designed to move your operations forward without becoming another project for you to manage.
During the four-week engagement, you’ll be asked to:
* Attend a 30-minute discovery call before booking to confirm the project is the right fit.
* Participate in one 90-minute discovery session to review your current operations and define the project scope.
* Respond to questions and review process recommendations within 48 hours to keep the project moving forward.
* Attend a 60-minute final handover session where we’ll review your new workflows, documentation, and Operations Playbook.
Outside of these milestones, I’ll be working behind the scenes to analyze your workflows, document your processes, optimize your systems, and build your deliverables.

Each Intensive focuses on one area to ensure meaningful results within the four-week engagement. If you’d like support across multiple areas, we’ll create a custom proposal based on your priorities.

Do I need new software?
