The Fractional COO Partnership is for business owners who want an operational partner to help lead initiatives, improve operations, and provide ongoing strategic support.
Do I need a team to work with you?
Not necessarily.
Some services, like the Operations Audit and Operations Intensive, are designed for solo business owners as well as small teams.
For Systems Seat, having a VA or team member can make implementation easier, but it’s not required.
